NOTE: The next regular meeting of the Russell Township Citizens' Park District (511) (RTCPD) at the historic Russell Town Hall has been changed to a new time:

RTCPD(511) 2024 Regular Meetings will take place on the third Wednesday of each month at 4:00 PM at the historic Russell Town Hall at the corner of State Routes 87 & 306, 14890 Chillicothe Road (S.R. 306), Novelty, OH 44072 in Russell Township, until further notice.

The next Regular Meetings of the RTCPD (511) for 2023 will be held at 4:00 PM on:​​

Per the Ohio Public Records Act, "Any person can make a request for public records by asking a public office or person responsible for public records for specific, existing records. The requester may make a request in any manner the requester chooses: by phone, in person, or in an email or letter."
