The upcoming Russell Township Citizens' Park District (511) (RTCPD) Budget Hearing will be held on:
Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 4:00 PM - The meeting will be held in the Russell Township Historic Town Hall (corner of S.R. 306 & 87), Russell Township, Geauga County, OH.
The next Regular Meeting has been changed and will be held on June 24, 2026 immediately following the above Budget Hearing on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.
The remaining 2026 schedule of meetings for the Russell Township Citizens' Park District (511) (RTCPD) is as follows in two locations and until further notice:
Third Wednesday of each month at 4:00 PM:
In the Historic Russell Town Hall at the corner of State Routes 87 & 306, 14890 Chillicothe Road (S.R. 306), Novelty, OH 44072 in Russell Township, Geauga County, OH.

Per the Ohio Public Records Act, "Any person can make a request for public records by asking a public office or person responsible for public records for specific, existing records. The requester may make a request in any manner the requester chooses: by phone, in person, or in an email or letter."
